CHEFA is currently looking for a Communications and Legislative Affairs Specialist.
This position is responsible for tracking proposed legislation that may affect the operations of the Authority, its subsidiaries or its clients. Responsibilities include working across functional areas to elevate the Authority brand by envisioning and executing new ways of sharing Authority strategic initiatives and accomplishments with a variety of audiences. Additionally, this Specialist plays a key role in building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders including media, representatives of organizations in the quasi-public community within the State of Connecticut, members of the State Legislature, their staff and others.
