Attached please find CHEFA’s Request for Proposal (RFP) for Bond Counsel Services. Proposals must be received no later than Friday, September 27, 2019 by 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time. Any submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted. The Authority reserves the right to cancel this RFP and or reject any or all proposals in whole or part.
The Authority intends to complete the selection process using the following schedule. However, the Authority reserves the right to adjust or reschedule milestones as necessary.

Proposals should highlight your ability to conduct a benchmark compensation study covering all positions, job descriptions, and compensation structures for the Authority and subsidiary based on review and analysis.
The Authority is requesting proposals for a Consultant that will be able to provide documentation to ensure that compensation for all positions is internally equitable and externally competitive, using a compensation structure that is appropriate for both organizations. The selected firm will also be required to review and conduct evaluations for: employee engagement (staff satisfaction), benefit plans, performance evaluation processes and incentive compensation plans.
