The FY 2020 Client Grant Program RFP was issued for CHEFA Clients on July 15, 2019.  Emails with the RFP attached were sent to Development Staff and CEOs of CHEFA clients.  This grant program is solely restricted to current CHEFA Clients who have an outstanding bond issue with the Authority during the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2019.  Only those entities which are substantially in compliance with all the Authority bond issuance documents, as determined by the Authority in its sole discretion, and are current in any payment due to the Authority, shall be deemed eligible to apply.

The FY 2019 Client Grant Program Awards were approved at the January 16, 2019 CHEFA Board Meeting.  Seventeen grants were awarded from the education, healthcare, and childcare priority funding areas.  The amount of the grant awards totaled $1,086,271.  The grants were primarily for capital expenditures, and two were for programs.  Please see list of the grant award winners below.
