Annual Report to the Governor
The Authority is a quasi-public state agency created in 1965 to provide access
to the tax-exempt bond market for qualified nonprofit institutions in the
State of Connecticut. As a conduit issuer, it issues bonds on behalf of eligible
501(c)(3) entities throughout the state.

Our objectives are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes our opinions.
