Charles A. Bodie

Managing Director, Finance and Operations

Charles Bodie joined the Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority (CHEFA) in July 2023 as the Managing Director of Finance and Operations.  Prior to joining CHEFA, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Capital for Change, Inc., a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution focused on supporting affordable housing and energy efficiency across Connecticut.  His breadth of experience includes planning and forecasting, data analytics, loss provisioning, and risk management within the banking, healthcare, and public accounting sectors.

Mr. Bodie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree from the University of California, San Diego.  He is passionate about serving non-profit organizations in Connecticut and brings this energy to his role as Managing Director.
